Innovation is key to growth,
it’s about bringing ideas to life.

The name of the game in the business world today is maintaining relevance in the future. Therefore, organizations and businesses should encourage and implement innovative thinking and adopt structured and measurable innovation processes.
Each organization defines “innovation” in a different way, but innovation of real value is adjusted to the specific character and strategy of that organization.

we must create the conditions for innovation to evolve from an important value, but one of many, to an everyday reality that is implemented and is actually visible on the surface. In order to give a holistic solution to the needs raised by our clients, Vayomar developed a unique 360° Innovation program. During the last 6 years, we have been supplying 4 kinds of services to organizations faced with the challenge of innovation implementation, starting from the process of building and managing an innovation program that is tailored to the organization all the way to preparing speakers for innovation events:

  1. Building, managing and leading innovation programs

building a systematic plan and establishing a structured yearly program that rests on 5 pillars, each with its own unique measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The innovation program includes comprehensive management of the entire process.

    1. Forming the ‘go to’ platform

Each employee needs to know that he has a platform on which he can present an idea, that some ideas will be chosen and executed, and that if chosen, he will take an active part in executing his idea. In each organization, a committee chaired by members of management will be established, which goal is to determine which ideas will go to the feasibility testing stage according to a set of unified criteria.

    2. Tailoring the innovation program with organizational strategy

Using a simple method we developed, we make sure that the ideas brought forth by employees match the challenges decision makers deal with.

    3. Training and supplying tools for a team of “Innovation Leaders”

In each organization, we establish a team of ambassadors that will receive a set of practical tools to help them mentor idea initiators (e.g. systematic creative thinking, effective brainstorming management, how to formulate an idea, how to pitch an idea to management, and more).

    4. Implementation

Establishing implementation teams for chosen ideas and harnessing decision makers as sponsors that will make sure implementation goals set will be achieved.

    5. Campaign and communicating achievements

Publicizing program achievements to all employees in varied and creative ways, such as: riddles in bathroom stalls, elevator teasers, hackathon, Demo-day, Pitch-day, and more.

  2. Professional consultations to innovation managers

Personal consultations for organizational innovation managers in solving challenges that arise during innovation implementation, including assistance in understanding missing parts in the program and recommendations of specific parts that should be added to the innovation plan.

  3. Innovation workshops

Focused and fun innovation workshops in the following topics:

    1. How to escape a mental rut?
    2. Practical tools for systematic creative thinking
    3. Effective brainstorming process management
    4. Formulating ideas from theory to implementation
    5. Harnessing other employees for to cooperate and support your idea
    6. How to correctly pitch ideas to decision makers

  4. Preparing speakers and initiators for innovation events (including hackathons)

Thoroughly preparing speakers for innovation events, Demo-days, Pitch-days, meeting with investors, and more. The preparation process is executed in 3 stages:

    1. Focusing content for innovative idea – specifying the essence of the idea the speaker needs to present
    2. Presentation style – “Storytelling”: How to create an unforgettable presentation
    3. Designing and building the presentation – Planning and recommendations for best order of slides, what kind of text should be included, and the relevant images per slide.
